To raise the health status and sense of well-being of Little Red River Cree Nation members and communities.
Community Health Representatives will assist all community members with appropriate solutions in all public health related matters.
Community Health Representatives will provide effective linkages and facilitate multi-disciplinary team support between departments such as Education, Community Services, Mamawi Awasis, community members, health professionals focusing primarily on health promotion, disease prevention and injury control activities.
